The AL-KO Academy team offers training and professional development courses for in-depth knowledge about the AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group’s products. Our seminars on our product range for caravans, motorhomes and commercial trailers are designed to fully prepare you for everyday customer challenges. Our aim is to ensure that you and your employees have enhanced expertise after completing our training courses. This will enable you to work even more efficiently and advise your customers with targeted pitches.

From the basics to expertise
At our AL-KO Academy, we train you to become specialists in our products. The AL-KO Academy offers a wide range of training to suit every requirement with an appropriate level of detail.
The Pro Workshops with certification exam provide you with in-depth knowledge of our products. The certificate authorises you to install the various models and to handle our products in general.
These training courses take you even deeper into the technology. The Expert Workshops are designed for specialists who already have a lot of experience with our products and want to round off their expertise. The AL-KO Training Week with five days of concentrated AL-KO knowledge is the ideal complete package for professionals.

AL-KO Chassis Technicians for Commercial Trailers
Pro Workshop
This training course is specially tailored to the needs of our professional commercial trailer customers. You will learn everything you need for your daily work, from the legal basics to handling wheel brakes. You will acquire comprehensive specialist knowledge in this course, from advising your customers to classic problem solving. In the practical part, you will practise the actual handling of the devices and vehicles.

AL-KO Trailer Control ATC for Caravans and Commercial Trailers
Expert Workshop
The ATC is the ESP for trailers. Many dangerous situations caused by rolling movements can be neutralised by an ATC. This significantly reduces the risk of accidents. In this course you will learn how the anti-snaking system works. You will learn which model is best suited for which solution and how you can quickly help the customer in the event of a malfunction. The training is rounded off by learning how to install an ATC.

Wheel brakes for caravans and commercial trailers
Expert Workshop
Become a specialist in trailer drum brakes and learn about the AL-KO brake system’s function, structure, maintenance, adjustment and troubleshooting! What temperatures prevail in a drum brake? When does increased wear occur and what causes brake squeal? What is the correct way to adjust a brake and what effect does this have? Learn to observe all the key maintenance points!

AL-KO MAMMUT for Caravans
Expert Workshop
The AL-KO MAMMUT is powerful, robust and reliable. It can be operated comfortably using a joystick and is easy to assemble. In this course you will become a MAMMUT expert and gain deep insights into the technology. During the practical training, you will assemble the complete system, as well as test and experience manoeuvring at a new level.
