What to do in case of failure of the product?
- Read the instruction manual to ensure that the anomaly can not be resolved with the proper application of product features itself.
- Call or contact your local Dealer to ask support on that problem.
- Check if the product is still under warranty.
- Check if the fault is covered by warranty, in case of doubt PLS contact us.
When you request the intervention of Service Please give:
- The description of the defect;
- Product code and batch number of your device;
- Your Telephone number if we need to contact you;
CAUTION: Material tampered or Repairs to the product carried out by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.
