Every feature and benefit of the previous design, together with responses to customer feedback, have been carefully considered to ensure that the ProTech design both answers these questions and provides a future proof solution to cope with the increasing trend to add more weight to mobile homes.

Although based on the Fusion design, ProTech was built from the ground up using third party structural analysis to ensure all advances added performance to the original design.

The development required the production of bespoke "rule driven" CAD/CAM programs that provide a speedy and flexible process from design to production.

The rules and structural analysis were essential to ensure our customers are provided with a chassis that is both cost effective and tailored to suit the requirements of the structure built upon it.

As well as being a fully engineered design, the chassis is aesthetically pleasing. As ProTech is fully galvanised, it provides the end user with a virtually maintence free product.
